Graduation!
Yay, I just "graduated" today! I mean... being ingraduation ceremony, but I didn't get a diploma, only a certificate of attendance instead. That's fine, that won't help anyway if I have to study for another "real school year" in Indonesia. I'm not interested in doing SPMB (college entrance exam) this year. Going to school in US? I've been thinking about it lots of times... but it's so pricey! I can't just rely on scholarships, not enough if only from the school, but I don't wanna apply for company sponsored if I have to work in US. I wanna live in Jakarta! :D Also for transportation... plane ticket for 4 years? oh well, just wanna go somewhere closer, and of course cheaper :D
So, this week I just had finals... but, I slacked off for all of them :D Went to see Troy on Sunday night (so... so, I'm not a big fan of epic movies), Shrek 2 on Monday night (I recommend this! much funnier than the 1st one!), then Indonesian performance in Chicago Cultural Center (Ira W, Katon B, Jaya Suprana, & traditional dances. They're great! But I just felt a bit weird being between Indonesians *??!!* Brought Ryan there too, better than going alone ;) And last night? Just sleeping at home, hehehe :D
And today's Joakim's birthday! We went to an Indian restaurant with his mom & brothers, Ryan, Chad, and me after my graduation. Fun! Hahaha, my __th time having Indian food in the last week. We even still have left over from The Kamaths in fridge :D Oh well, yeah... no more school! We'll have senior picnic tomorrow! OK, I think that's all for now. Cya!
